Competing for Germany and riding the horses of Dietmar Gugler, he is one of the most respected new comers in the last two years. David doesn't only compete at very high 5* classes but also at smaller tournaments such as recently in the CSI3* in Al Ain.
Growing up with parents being riding teachers success came fast and horses as well. Cutting school with age 16, he went to Dietmar Gugler and started his riding career. David then went to the German Army School for one year to then return to Gugler and travel around the world competing in several CSIO for Germany. He had some great successes and some great horses provided by Dietmar Gugler.
Currently sponsored by the german bank DKB, and riding horses from Dietmar Gugler he is seen to become one of the best riders around the globe. Also riding the DKB tour all around Germany he is starting to become an role model for several young riders competing in lower classes.
Afcourse we must consider his success is also just to be seen due to the horses he rides. Having the ability to present horses of Dietmar Gugler on tournaments gives him a great advantage in hard competitions around the world.
